More Than Wine Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

  • In-stock items: We’ll ship your order from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day after you place it. Depending on where you are, your delivery should arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Marketplace items: These products come from various More Than Wine Partners, so they take a bit longer. We’ll ship your entire order once everything arrives at our Sydney warehouse, usually within 3-10 business days. Also, please note that vintages might change; we'll send you the latest available.

International Shipping

More Than Wine is an Australian company, and we can only deliver to addresses within Australia. If you need delivery to another country, you'll have to arrange it through your own shipping provider.

Holding or Delaying Orders

Once your order is placed, our system automatically processes it, so we can’t hold or delay shipping. However, if you contact us before ordering, we can schedule your delivery for a future date—up to a month out. 

Delivery

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries (Excl. Free Local Delivery) and to ensure we only deliver to persons over 18 and to prevent any issues with missing deliveries we do request a signature for all deliveries. 

Proof of Age

We won’t deliver wine to anyone under 18 years of age. If the delivery driver isn’t sure of the recipient’s age or look under 25, they’ll ask for a photo ID. If ID isn’t provided, the wine won’t be left, and there will be a $25 fee for returned orders.

Correct Address

We can’t be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If your delivery is going to a business, make sure to include the company name. Double-check your details to avoid extra fees if the order has to be rerouted or returned.

Free Local Delivery

We are currently offering free next business day delivery by one of our friendly team to addresses on Sydney's Northern Beaches with eligible post codes for all orders over $100. Please add any specific delivery instructions to assist us. Please be advised we are unable to deliver any wine chilled.

N.B Free local delivery is not available to Scotland Island, Elvina Bay, Morning Bay & Lovett Bay.

Marketplace products

We list products that we source from our many Wine Collective Partners. As these products come from a variety of locations, they are not available for immediate dispatch. By default, we will ship your order once all items have been received in our Sydney warehouse. This will result in a small delay of 6-8 business days between placing your order and dispatch. Vintages for Marketplace items are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee the specific vintage you ordered will be delivered. Generally, the latest available vintage will be delivered to you.
